For best results and best protection we recommend a complete Moss Treatment, Pressure Wash & Silicone Seal treatment for most concrete tile roofs. (We do not recommend this combo service for Monier tiles because of colour loss during the pressure wash process).

This is the ideal solution for moss removal and roof protection for tile roofs. Now, there's no waiting for a long period for treated moss to naturally wash off. We treat the moss, remove by pressure washing, make any minor repairs and apply silicone sealer - all within one month. This forms part of the same system we have successfully used for many years in our coating preparation service. It's the better way.
